My name is Dileep Gangolli and I, along with my wife Janice MacDonald, own and operate Evanston Cellars.
We are both musicians but somewhere along the way, we developed a real passion for wine. Making wine, taking trips to try wine, and eating good food with our wine.
We do three things in the wine business - all focused at creating enjoyable and memorable experiences celebrating local, Midwest wine:
> Organize and operate tours of wine trails around the Chicago area through our travel company, Windy City Tour Company.
> Distribute our own wines sold under the Forty Winks label.
> Produce special events and wine tastings at wine shops and restaurants that carry our wines.
